I've just finished yet another personalised advent calender house (....well its really a cottage) It was made to order. I made it for next year because its obviously the month is almost over. I actually made this cottage and 2 more Santa's Workshop Advent Calender Houses in the space of 3weeks. The cottage is made from cardboard, paper mache, acrylic paint, beads, christmas wrapping paper glitter snow, candy canes and sweets. Here are photos the finished product.

Finally finished!!!
I've FINALLY finished both of the personalised advent calender houses that i made to order. I went a bit over the deadline by 3 days but thankfully they didn't mind.
I made a Gingerbread Advent Calender House and a Santa's Workshop Advent Calender House in the space of 3weeks. There made from cardboard, paper mache, acrylic paint, beads, christmas wrapping paper glitter snow, candy canes and sweets. Here are the finished products.

Gingerbread, man!
When i told my friends i was making an advent calender house, they asked me to make them a gingerbread themed house and a Santa grotto themed house. I finished the first stage off the gingerbread house. Tomorrow I'm gonna decorate it. Then on to the next.

Xmas countdown!!!
I decided to make a Christmas advent calender house for my son so he can use it every year. I started it on November 3rd, it took me just 16 hours to complete. It has drawers for the sweet or little gifts. Its made from cardboard. These are photos of the house at the first stage. Now i'm gonna decorate it ready for December 1st.

White wash!
OK i just finished painting my dollhouse with white emulsion paint. Just have to wait for that to dry then I'm ready to do the next coat. Boo! :(
